7 Generations – Super Pads

Gas Liquid’s Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided full EPCM services to develop four Super Pads. Each Super Pad was sized to accommodate 50 MMSCF/d of sales gas with 36 wells, with a maximum of 60 with an expansion. Installed equipment included:

  • Sand separators for each well
  • Inlet separator packages for each well
  • One (1) two-stage Ariel JGC/4 reciprocating compressor driven by a Caterpillar G3608TA Natural Gas Engine for each Super Pad (20 MMSCF/d each)
  • One (1) glycol dehydration package for each Super Pad (50 MMSCF/d each)
  • Office building, MCC building, Instrument Air building, and Power Gen building for each Super Pad
  • One (1) condensate pump skid containing two pumps with a capacity of 5000 bbl/d each for each Super Pad
  • One (1) booster compressor package for each Super Pad
  • Condensate flash vessel/storage for each Super Pad
  • Two (2) 1000 bbl produced water storage tanks for each Super Pad
  • Two (2) portable Nomad compressors for each Super Pad
  • Methanol Injection system installed for each well
  • Sweetening packages at each Super Pad, with no recovery of H2S. A Triazine solution is used.
